I am suffering penis problem more than 3 months.Now my left side of penis gland swelling while urinating and right side has few swell.Today I have seen there are few dent in my penis head. In penis head red dots where available and many become brown. This problem was started with needle like pain in urine tract and after few days the pain go to the scrotum and epididymits. now there is no pain in scrotum and epididymitis. Few times pain in urine tract like needle push. I ultra sound KUB region. I have no problem but few epididymitis cyst and mild hydrocele in both scrotum. I have concerned with urology he said no issue.But in my Bladder after urinate I have 50 ml urinate left after pee. Sexual doctor find genital herpes due to hsv 1. my penis head water discharge after urinate.
I fell frequent urine while I eat water and I have diabetes and blood pressure. I have oily urine brust bubble inside toilet.Is this any serious life threatening condition? please help me.
No it is not a life threatening condition. You need to work with Medical Professionals to get the pain you are experiencing under control and eradicated - work with the Sexual Doctor and if you have not seen your Regular / Family Doctor / GP about this see them as well …

No, there are no early signs of cancerous cells being present on your penis. Penile cancer is relatively very rare - it is very unlikely that you will ever experience it.

there dosnt look to be anything seriously wrong with your penis i think u are over worrying with things like penile cancer as explained above by wee thats very rare and does not present with the symptoms u are having the pain mabe related to the other things u have going on cysts can cause pain etc you need to go back and see your doctor so they can help find the cause of the other issues u are having the problems with weeing for example
Now doctor test all sexual diseases and all are negative and Doctor prescribed me daktarin 2% ( miconazole) for balanitis twice a day for 7 days.I have used it but few improve and balanitis doesn’t go away and penis gland left side of urine track is swelling after urinate and right side swelling some times while penis become hard and watery discharge after urinate.is this dangerous ? and how can I get remedy from balanitis and penile swelling .please help me.. is Genital herpes causing that ? then what will be the treatment? please help me.

herpes is not the cause of your issues as that causes blisters and open sores which clear up within 2/4 weeks for a first outbreak and 1/2 weeks for repeated outbreaks so as far as herpes is concerned i dont think thats the cause
if u are having discharge from the penis u need to go back to your doctors and have swabs taken as could be another std such as chlamydia it may not have been picked up the first time u was tested

the discharge is not normal u need to go for testing again to find out the cause u could just have a urinary tract infection u should have your urine dip tested and also be tested again for stds balantitis can be caused by different things like bacterial infections amd fungal infections etc u need to rule out stds and uti first to be sure that those are not causing the irritation
