I never had sex but have these problems: bumps on shaft, testicles, under foreskin and on the penis corona; redness of glans; growths under the tongue. My glans becomes more red when penis erects(as in photos). Some days the glans is more red than other days. Can someone please look at the photos and tell me what it could be.

it’s all normal ! except for the tongue… never knew what this was lol but im all exactly like you lol !
all of this is normal most of them were hair follicules the things on your tongue are normal dots on your penis all normal do not stress
