I have this rash for 5-6 days now, and I dont know what it is. I have no pain or itching. The only thing I have recently discovered is that I go to the bathroom more frequently than before. What could this be ?

the rash and the need to go to, urinate, more often, I am guessing are unlikely to be connected.
Without seeing a clearer photo you will need to go see a doctor or a dermatologist if this does not resolve itself …
