Can’t really tell from the picture. Do you have a better picture of it?

Need better photos
Stop applying ANYTHING to your penis until this is well-sorted - also continue to abstain from masturbation - penile skin when it is distressed can take way in excess of 5 to 9 weeks to regain strength, depending upon what has caused this in the first place.
When you masturbate do you apply anything at all to your penis?

no i dont apply anything to my penis when i masterbate

can you help me i dont know what it is. it doesnt hurt nor burn when i pee and it changes form of wrinkle too. i hvae been masterbating constantly since i was 16 and hard to stop but scared to get tested.

can you help me i dont know what it is. it doesnt hurt when i touch nor when i pee. i used to use shampoo to clean and masterbate alot.

When you wash your penis do you always make sure it is completely dry, or do you not pay much attention to your penile skin?

not really but havent used soap on it in thr past few days but my penis skin us starting to crack in thr area that was all red

So, the regular presence of moisture can actually have caused this, or is further irritating what was already going on.
For the next few weeks do this:
.

  • No masturbation
  • the only thing that should touch your penis is water for cleaning
  • after a shower or washing your penis you need to ensure no moisture remains
  • pat dry with a towel that ONLY you use, if necessary keep a towel in your own room so that no one else can use it
    .
