Penis redness- dermatitis sufferer- any suggestions

I am someone who suffers periodically with skin dermatitis/eczema and have done for several years. For a while now (at least 2 years), I have suffered with skin trouble on my penis. I use emollient creams daily to keep the skin hydrated and occasionally eumovate to stem flareups. However each time following sex or masturbation, the skin on the shaft of the penis is red and skin seems thin. I wonder if anyone has experienced anything similar and has found something beneficial to help? It has had a detrimental impact on my sex life/confidence and while I am able to manage my eczema/dermatitis on the rest of my body, unfortunately the redness of the penis is something I'm still struggling with.

Does it burn because if that’s case it is a real problem .mine burns from over 2 months but its even worse than you on the glans and dermatologist said its fungal.

Are you actually sexually active at the moment on a regular basis? If so, do you use condoms?
So yes the main problem is the autoimmune skin issues you have.
What you need to find is a way of successfully managing this on your penis so that it does not interfere with your sex life and masturbation.
Have you had a Dermatologist advise you on the problems you have on your penis?
Who was it that determined for you to use the emollient creams and eumovate?
A dermatologist should be able to work with you to find the right steroidal application that will control these issues for you - often this means trying a number of different steroid ointments, and the regularity of application until you find something that is successful …
