this is a common thing, if it was a problem it would have spread much further. Make sure you are as clean as possible after each time you urinate, are sexually aroused or have ejaculated - by clearing any source of what is causing the irritation, and that is most likely what is emitted from the penis itself, the redness may eventually fade.
The outlet from the Urethra itself is the Meatus - if you are cleaning by rubbing soap or some kind of gel into it then I would suggest you use water only as these can also be sources of irritation …
