I've notice a red spot on my penis 4 days ago. Now it looks a little worst . It doesn't hitch, it's not swollen. It's just red and I wonder what can it be. My last sexual encounter was 8 months!
Don’t worry. It looks like irritated skin. Try applying some steroid cream like Hydrocortisone.

You need to be careful in what you apply to the distressed skin as this can cause a flare up
Have you just started using a new soap, shower gel or even washing powder / additive to wash your clothes in immediately before this issue began?
