im 18 years old never had sex or even a kiss. i have jerked off for a while ans had some redness underneath the head of my penis. its not painful or anything like that but is starting to worry me. do you reccomend any creams to put on it ? thanks !

Okay, when skin is like this redness is a warning sign that the skin in the area is being irritated by something - I say in the area as you do not mention the redness being present elsewhere.
So you need to look at the conditions that your skin where the redness is and what it is experiencing.
The photo is that close up i cannot tell whether you are circumcised or not.
What are your penile hygiene practices - do you wash after urinating? Do you shower everyday and if you are not circumcised do you (just seen photo 2 which suggests you are) wash AND fully dry this area?
In terms of hygiene what are your masturbation practices: so after you ejaculate do you do a full clean up and go wash and fully dry your penis, or do you leave things overnight and sort that the next day?
What is going on generally for your penile skin - there are reasons why the irritation is happening here but not elsewhere on your penis … ?
