when soft i dont see it but when erect i do. the top 1/3 seems red. cream? lotion? or is it from using lube? i do masturbate more than anything. no partners

yes most of the replies have told me the same. im cut and i guess it gets red esoecially with masturbation etc

Dealing with Dry Glans & Penile Skin

So, the essential is not to directly apply soap and other forms of body wash to your penis. If you are not circumcised, draw your foreskin as far forward as possible before you get in the shower to protect the glans / head and inner-foreskin.
