for the last few months my penis has been feeling extra sensitive to the point where it feels like im ejaculating in my pants. When this happens I'm not erect im not thinking about sex. it feels like it is just leaking slowly out of my penis. im considering seeing a urologist but im kind of nervous about it. its really uncomfortable. Another side note, ive smoke marijuana for a few years and now every time i smoke this happens. occasionally it happens while sober

Because some rare sides effects of some meds (like serotonin SSRI’s meds, Zoloft, Sertaline) are sometimes known for that “cum like” sensation for some user even that some experiment some goosebumps.
Also, if it’s your case for meds or MDMA or so, Weed tends to AMPLIFY any other prescribed meds or other drug that you might take resulting in amplifying that feeling of extreme sensitiveness and ejaculation like sensation !
