If they are still there it would be advisable to get tested for herpes.
They could be ingrown hairs - so best to get checked and a swap of the infected area is best.

I fully agree with Mr_Jim; they are likely to be blisters from genital herpes. You should try to get the area swabbed for herpes asap.

They look like Herpes to me.
You can ask for a swap test or IGG blood test to be more sure.
If the result comes back positive you might want to consider to tell your current and any future sexual partners that you are positive . it is crime to infect people with Herpes and there is no cure. Herpes positive people can spread the virus from their genitals to other areas in their body or their partner’s body . condoms do not provide a 100% protection. You can still be infectious even when you do not have symptoms.
