I'm 25 and over the past few years I have noticed how my penis is very rough and dry, making it much less sensitive whether pleasing myself and having sex.
I was circumcised at birth and have hated it ever since I have been sexually active.
Is there a way to cure this problem and how do I post photos from my mobile? There is no link or button to upload anything.

Hello :-) As you seem to be aware of, the discomfort that you feel has something to do with the fact that you don't have a foreskin to keep the glans moist and smooth. What you can do, is to add some more moist that you lack by using creams,and you obviously choose some that's gentle to the skin and suitable for this purpose. You could ask at the pharmacy for their reccomandations or google it to find the best suitable ones nearby. Also you should add lube or cream during sex to not dry out the skin and any point. Try also to not use soap unecessarily when you're taking a shower and that goes for your entire body, as even if you Wash other bodyparts the water which contains soap will easily Access your private parts as well. Soap and shower gels does in general dry the skin out and especially for those with sensitive skin, it can create trouble, while others again doesn't take any notice. Rinsing your private parts with water only is usually good enough to keep clean and I would reccomend that you try some shower oils instead to avoid soap which might be unsuitable to you being the cause of the dryness, and that goes for the entire body.
