its almost like a rough textured skin patch, no where else on penis except under the shaft. last 8 months very little change. with covid in NY its been very difficult to see a professional, will set up soon tho. meantime i was just wondering what im walking into
If you have had this for 8 months it sure is not going to go anywhere until the appropriate treatment is in place.
I must say upfront that I have no practical knowledge of what issues like HPV can have on penile skin, but to me, this is more of a severe skin condition.
Whichever is the case, you need to see a medical professional as soon as possible: so this would be your own Family Doctor / GP / PCP or whoever you can get to see.
if you have health cover and can contact your own specialists you need to contact a Urologist or Dermatologist straight away.
DO NOT simply leave this any longer - you need the correct treatment put in place A/S/P - if left it can become incurable, or even a potential pre-requisite for conditions such as penile cancer !
will keep you all updated, thank you for response. my health care is excellent so i hope i can get this resolved, 2 weeks from now is exam with dr. no other issues other then the skin i hope severe in just skin and not in any other matter. thank you again
