Hello,
I've got problem with my penis skin since 5 month
before that, skin was perfectly soft, no pimp or dot at all, no irritation
Now it's like in the picture, you can see dot (I think that red one are like that because of the color of my corona)
no pain when urinating, a little pain after sex because of irritation, and all the glans become reddish
seen 2 different general doctor, first time in october, second time in december
no big condition for them, it doesn't look like an std
I tried econazole cream for one week in september with 0 effect (positive or negative),
And "betamethasone" cream (prescription of the second doctor) in december, for 6 days (they told me one application per day for 2 first day, then one application every 2 days) : no effect too
Situation doesn't seem to get better or worse, which annoy me a lot
I'm 37
thank you in advance, and sorry for my poor english :)!

Your English is really good, better even than many people who live in England.
What we need to rule out is that the skin on the glans / head and foreskin of your penis is not being regularly irritated by contact with a fungal / yeast infection, the most common source of this is unprotected vaginal sex, or a bacterial infection, the most common cause is unprotected anal sex, or you could have a combination of both fungal and bacterial infection exposure, particularly if you receive unprotected oral sex. These need to be taken out of the equation of your penile skin is to become healthy again.
In terms of simple care of your penile skin you MUST STOP all contact with soap, shower gel and any other forms of body wash you may also use when you take a shower, for example. If you use any form of skin cream or lotion or moisturiser on your penis, stop using these. If you masturbate regularly and use any form of Lube, such as Baby Oil or Lotion, again a skin cream or similar, or even an actual sex lube you need to STOP using these.
Once you start doing ALL the things that will help your penis to become healthy again recovery of the skin will take an extended period of months to achieve, and this can take way in excess of 6 to 8 months. It is essential that you stop exposure to fungal and bacterial infections first - this largely depends on whether you always use condoms for sex or not, and on whether you receive oral sex …
