i’ve noticed this about 4 years ago but i never took action until now, i have had plenty of sex and it feels weird sometimes when cause of friction. i’ve been doing research on what i could be but i have no idea. i have heard that if you masterbate without lube this could could cause the skin to bump up on the shaft? please help.

They are most likely Fordyce - if you want to be completely sure go to a sexual health service and get them to do a visual check …
