Anyone have any idea what this is?! had it for 5/6 months now, no pain, itching or discharge from it.
Was almost like 3 White Heads in one what looks like a blister last week gone a bit more redder in and around it?

What age are you? Did you pick at it or scratch it? Given the location of this it could be either a Tyson’s Gland or some refer to a different type of gland as a Parafrenular Gland.
I would get it to heal first - apply a tiny amount of antiseptic cream or liquid to it, make sure to avoid the cream version from getting near your Meatus (your pee-hole) as this can cause a problem. If you avoid sex or masturbation for around 8 to 12 days it should become strong again.

Havent picked at all it only became like that last week after being just 3 whiteheads in a bubble for months.
Did show it to an online doctor over the weekend who said it wasnt an STD which i knew it couldnt be but a cyst of some sort
Was any form of treatment suggested - or was it suggested you leave it alone and let it heal naturally?
Out of curiosity, how did you know it couldn’t be an STD?
