I have these tiny line of dots and this one huge dot. They don't grow or move and stayed in place for a year. I haven't had sex in 2 yrs. I always used condoms though anyway. They are moist and shiny, but I can't tell. Sometime it itches, but idk if its from there or not. I get itchy every 2 weeks or so, I think.
I forgot to mention its on just the foreskin n not on my penis.
They don't look like warts of an STI, but I'd get them checked out if I were you.
You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

Hi mate they look like small skin tags get them checked by your GP and they can remove them very easly.
