For 2 weeks, the area below the head has been kind of moist, swollen, sensitive and raised. No blisters or sores that im aware of, but im concern that it could be HSV? Can it appear without a sore developing?
Doesnt seem to be getting better. Had blood work done for Stds, came back negative. I guess the next step is a cotton swab. It has just been a challenge to get in with the covid precations in place. The doc mentioned that it could be a fungal infection over the phone, but the over the counter cream has not seemed to worked after 2 weeks.

Don’t forget the basics of penile hygiene - wash after every time you urinate, no soap or other body wash, no hot water, make sure ALL moisture is removed, use a clean dry towel that ONLY you can use.
