Penis tip has been red for months. Doctors have no clue

i got a blowjob from a girl in the summer and my penis tip has been red ever since. i got all my std tests and they all came back negative. whenever i get an erection my penis tip looks really bumpy and my foreskin and tip will go red(looks so bad) ive tried hydrocortisone, taro-mupirocin, clotrimozole, nydaderm, doxycyline and clotrimaderm and they all made things even worse. theres no pain or itching just reddness. has anyone had this problem or know how to treat it? My doctor just tells me to leave it alone and theres nothing they can do. worst thing ever :(

Steroid creams usually makes situation worse, in this case. Just some questions:

-Do you have any symptoms? Like itching or burning sensation?
-Do you have dryness?
-Have you already visited a doctor? (Dermatologist or Urologist)
-Have you done tests for infections or SDT like urine, sperm tests or swabs?

hi thank you for responding. i have no itching or burning, just reddness. ive gotten swabbed, did a urine test, blood test and everything came back negative. it does seem dry, sometimes it looks like it has little cracks all over. this has been going on for about 5 months now

doctors seem to think its nothing to worry about. but this is not how my penis was before at all. i notice when i shower it gets even worse aswell. i dont use any soaps or anything either just water
