I am having meatus (penis tip) problem since many years(I don’t remember exactly around 4-5 yrs), and don’t know what to do. Tip of my penis/glans is a bit swollen and red and gets even more swollen and pale after masturbating. I was not taught to clean under foreskin as a result of which it developed smegma underneath it. From past 2-3 years I got to know how to clean penis and foreskin properly(ie. with warm water and no soap) and since then I was able to pull my foreskin back around 80-90% after warm shower. I think it may be balanitis or phimosis (but now my foreskin can be pulled easily but still not completely). I am virgin with no std infection or any other urinal or penile problem. Meatus (penis tip) doesn’t hurt or pain anytime but is relatively more sensitive than glans. I ready my answer from forum and got to know that this thing is normal and not a need to visit doctor. Waiting for any tip or help. BTW this thing doesnt affect me much I just want to have a normal looking penis tip.I will continue to wash my penis and make sure no smegma if left and foreskin is pulled comfortably.
