Hello and thank you for checking out my post.
About three weeks ago, after an excessive masturbation session, I (pretty sure) injured my penis. I used to be horny a lot. Now I’m not even in the slightest. The most noticeable changes to my member, other than reduced libido, is that the glans are dry/wrinkly/cracked and the meatus is often inflamed red. Moreover, erection size and strength has decreased. The most alarming change in erections is that the glans tends to stay soft while the shaft gets hard. I can forcefully push blood into the glans by contracting my penis but it does not stay there. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice?
I hope you get the right help. I also have a similar case to yours. But I think mine is even worse case. I had some rough masturbation sessions and one afternoon while asleep, a very sharp pain on my glans Penis woke me up. This was Sept 2019. For the next three months after that time, I almost died of excruciating pain. It was as if a a tissue inside my Penis head had severed. Doctors couldn’t find anything wrong with my Penis, even neurologists. They claim if I had Penis fracture, there should be difficulty with urination and swelling of my member - and I have nine of that till date. I have had to use lots of pain relief drugs till date. The pain is no more sharp but I’m still in some pain till now. I regret masturbating at all because it’s majorly what I thought has caused this pain. Although I got to know I have what doctors called mild hypospadias which my parent ought to have ensured surgical correction while I was born, but I don’t know if it’s a combination of the hypospadias and masturbation that is responsible. It’s been hellish so far. I have had to turn to God for help because even doctors don’t know how to help me.
In addition, nowadays, when I’m erect, I notice my glans Penis get bigger with apparently blood filling it. I still don’t know if that’s normal or its not. When I touch the glans it is very soft, showing filling of blood.
You could have caused quite a severe injury to your penis - the only Medical professional that can help you with this is a Urologist. Either self-refer to one if you can, or go to a major Sexual Health Service or get a referral from your Regular / Family Doctor / GP.
It is most likely you have a separate issue with your Meatus, again the Urologist can help you with that.
In terms of the dry, cracked and wrinkled skin this is most often caused by the accumulative effect of using soap and things like shower gel to clean your penis with, either through direct application of these, but often worsened by these products draining to your groin and genital region when you take a shower.
Wash your penis with water from now on, at the end of a shower spend a minute or 2 simply rinsing any soap or body wash residue that has drained onto your penis fully away, make sure to fully dry the head and foreskin / upper shaft area.
