noticed this a few weeks ago, im 21 years old, sexually active with my girlfriend. i don't know if it was veins or something else but, it's not painful, just a little bothering when touching it. it was only visible when it's erect but then as time goes by, it's not fading at all, even when it's not. i don't have an idea what it is, planning to see a doctor but don't have enough budget yet. please give me an idea.
