Penis varicose vein, when I pull my penis foreskin back, is it normal to see the vein red and

swollen up like it's really showing? I don't know if I ever pulled my penis foreskin that back before but when I did, I noticed the vein swollen and it's red way above the penis skin that's inside? Is every penis meant to have this? I went to my doctors a few months ago and metioned about my penis vein that when it's erect the vein becomes really visible and it's showing a lot? He said it's varicose vein and suggested I use cream on it a lot.

A varicose vein on the glans is very unusual, but not unheard of.  If that's what a doctor said, then they're probably right.  If you're usually fairly rough when you masturbate, then be gentler, and maybe try lube.

Or is the vein on the foreskin?  If you want to add a pic, this should help you add images:

Hi Hello,

You need to consult with a vacular specialist and not your GP.  There are some very minimally invasive treatments that can cause the vein to disappear.   But you are not going to hear about this from your GP.

There is one proceedure where saline solution is injected into the vein.  Within a few weeks the vein collapses; something to do with the saline solution.

I've had a lot of work done on my legs.  The industry has advanced to help almost every condition out.  Again, check wtih a vacular specialist and don't waste your time with a GP.  All the best!
