I’ve white patches outside of my penis skin. it’s been there for some time. it’s not painful. it’s not itchy. I clean it everyday but it just doesn’t go away. I’ve never had sexual intercourse with anyone. can anyone help me out?
Hi it could be a fungal infection or maybe skin condition like psoriasis do you have any other skin conditions anywhere else on your body? You should ask your doctor about it and start treatment.

You can do your genital skin a great favour by thinking about how and with what you wash and clean your entire groin and genital region.
Try to avoid ANY contact on your genitals with soap, shower gel or any other form of body wash this will make the problem you currently have worse, or at best, help prevent healing from taking place.
Simple approach: clean the rear groin region with soap and so on, do NOT apply soap and suchlike to your genitals directly.
You must dry the area completely if you have a shower. You must ONLY use a towel that you ONLY use.
Be really careful when you dry your genital skin - dab it with different dry areas of a towel and use very gently rub action to fully dry the area.
Sweat may be part of the issue - so if there is regular sweat in the area think about the ways in which you can help control this.
