my penis looks like very small and when i pull back my foreskin fully, at frenulum feeling pain and not able to setback foreskin and am not able erect max length when foreskin pulled..is it a normal penis or what should i do... i am fearing about doing sex also and getting thoughts like can i do or not like that..daily i am feeling like emotional roller coaster.. anyone facing same issue like me....please help me. my age is 28 yrs.

If you are not able to gain complete erection while the skin is pulled back, then it could mean that you have a tight foreskin.
It is because of the tight foreskin that you have pain in the frenulum while retracting it.
Consult a urologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. There are creams or minor surgeries to loosen up the tight foreskin or tight frenulum.
And please stop worrying about the size. Your problem is tight foreskin (phimosis).
