last one month ago i had this swollen vein like thing in my penis foreskin. after masturbate .. ! i don't know what is it or what to do now i had a lit bit pain on it after i ejaculate but it's not paining while peeing or Ejaculating i guess my nerve/vein stretched that's why its hurting cause i don't feel pleasure after ejaculate....and i checked my s.t.d(sexual transmitted disease) report it's negative... it's only hurt when the skin come down and vein stretched otherwise no pain here and when i get strong feeling boner comes then sometimes . can somebody help me to tell me what is this or why it's happing to me and how can i treat it....

Hello my friend, after the last masturbate i have the same thing happen to me, its like the vein is stretched.. I have sting/tweaking when i touch my penis or when i pulled back the skin. I think this is from too much masturbation. And it will get better after some time.
