Okay, I am rather confused by what you are trying to describe and the multiple assumptions you are making.
Keep the issue simple, no soaps, shower gels, shampoos or anything else to contact your genital skin from NOW ON.
Wash with water only.
The lump itself is extremely unlikely to be caused by anything you have applied to your penis: most things that look like this are simply a reaction to circumstances such as repeated and prolonged masturbation. rough or extended sex sessions - and so on, or it could simply be natural development given what your penis has undergone, or simple be, natural.
Most things such as Lymphocele or Cysts take their own time to fade away, as long as you do not irritate them any further - this can take many months, certainly 8 to 10 months of no further irritation is not unusual for these to fade away naturally.
= let this heal on its own - or go see a Urologist if you want professional medical help
Hello @Wee_Dugie, thanks for the informative response.
I was not trying to say the lump was caused by the shower gel, I was trying to say that I noticed the bump for the first time when I was cleaning with the shower gel (that specific shower gel increases the friction) it hurt and when I was drying it with the towel I noticed the bump, it was most likely already there.
Masturbation/friction obviously worsens and it could be what caused it. I’ll lay of masturbation until it clears, I thought it was already cleared because I didn’t noticed any pain, guess it wasn’t. Should I apply coconut oil?
Thank you!
The lump will fade away in its own time, as long as no further irritation takes place, certainly, such as the masturbation.
I would not thing coconut oil will have any impact on this - it will likely improve the general health of your penile skin …
