Just wondering if theirs anyone out there that has had a full recovery after taking sertraline it's just it sounds like people on here are having bad results when taking this med ?

I have had fantastic results .. I feel great not a bit of
Anxiety/depression.. Don't forget you normally only hear about the bad stuff on the Internet. The only reason I am still around on here is because I get email notifications . Most people disappear once they are better.

Still struggling with an iPad that seems near the end of it's life. Lost the better if another message I previously constructed, very frustrating. And going from one site or draft format to construct the reply first and then copy-and-paste isn't in my DNA because I like to go to a field, type it in, send and be done with it. Anyway, I applauded Natalie for doing well, but added that Don's question was very valid. I have taken this med a very long time and get very POed much easily if I lay off it awhile. I do not think it does a lot for my anxiety or mood though and at 150mg/day, I am tired of hearing anyone say I might be "undermedicated." With all the meds I take, I think my quality if life suffers greatly because of it.
Natalie, you didn't have side effects going up to that dose?
Deborah I started on 50 for a month didn't see much results went to 75 and about 3-4 weeks on that felt pretty good then prob 6 weeks in back to normal

50mg for 4 weeks then 75 for 4 months now have dropped back to 50 for the last month cause I was feeling so good
Ive been on 50mg for 5 weeks now 100mg for 3weeks head feels like a cloud do u think it may be to high dose for me ?
i was very scared of starting stertaline, but im very glad i did i feel totally normal again, they worked for me and i hope they work for you. take care.
Hi I had a full recovery. I think people are more likely to comment on bad expierenced. Everyone is different and I was to spread the good about this med. Felt odd a first got boughts of irritable, anxiety and felt tearful. Calmed down though and three months I'm back to my self without feeling the high levels of anxiety and worry I had before. Been a lifesaver and helped me so much. Having counselling too. I would recommend not to Miss a tablet though I did and it set me back a week also alcohol doesn't mix well. I do feel hazey and sleepy and perhaps have put on weight. Its worth it though and I hope to come off in six months.

It's good to here someone's had a good result with this med all u here is bad things about how people feel your right about people commenting about bad things it's people like u that keep us going thanks I've been in 50mg for 5 weeks then 100mg for 4 weeks lots of ups and downs at the minute my heads in a fog I think 100mg too much for me going to ring gp Monday I feel they have helped but still someway to go just going to see what gp says hopefully go back down to 50mg then things will level out keep in touch please you've given me faith x
