Has anyone else experienced cramping and bowel mucous which has just started during peri? Waiting for results and worried

hello. What tests did you have? I often get/got this, but then again I have IBS and Diverticulosis.

Yes Amber this is another symptom I've had with hormone imbalance, don't worry too much cos anxiety just makes everything worse, it'll all get better when the hormones settle

Thanks, every day I have something else wrong with me, tonight I was so worried it brought the anxiety on!!

It could be due to exacerbated allergies or IBS, both of which can be connected to peri or menopause. Hope all is well and results come fast. The wqiting is awful.

I can't really say that I have experienced this, but I'd check with my doctor just to make sure there's nothing going on.

Well good. That means you did go to a Dr. If you are 50 or more perhaps you should consider doing a colonoscopy. In some countries they are done routinely from age 50 every 5 years.
