Perifirall neuropathy of feet

What are the best type of shoes and trainers to use when your feet are always bad ?

One pair of shoes that's right for me may not be right for you. In my case I have added arches and and purchased shoes with soft thick padded soles to absorb the pressure from walking. For tingling and numbness in shoes to protect my toes I use gel toe inserts between my big toe and second.  The cushion to protect foeet also what is called mole skin with foam backing and cushioning inshoe that forms to my feet with arches inserted. The special foam for toe of shoes is what toe ballerinas use packing to place in problem area of the shoes to relieve pressure .It's a hit or miss every foot is different. I hope this makes sense.

I have found shoe catalogues for diabetes and neuropathy ihelps and finding what shoe fits your feet & for your special needs.

Good Luck

I wear ecco shoes with arch supports. My issues are feet are always cold from front of heal to toes. When I remove shoes I walk softly.

Thanks Bryan mine are the opposite burning feet awefull

Very good answer thanks a lot will look for catalogues cheers

I still have the numbing and tingling in feet and legs. They are restless at night.

I have found that Easy Spirits( I have tried a lot of shoes and spent a lot of money before finding these) are best for me. I get the ones with good arch support and a lot of cushing in soles. Also I wear size 8.5, but I found going up half size and wider shoe really helps with feeling of feet being(feel like swollen and are not) bunched up in shoe. Some days it doesn't matter what I wear the pain is to much, but I still have to move. Only thing in shoes that has given some relief. Hope it helps.

Same with me. Doctor finally put me on Zanaflex for legs. They wake me out of dead sleep jerking and pain

I go out on concert pad and stand on it. It helps me. Of course sometimes they stay cold after, but the burning is not as bad .
