Hi ladies, update on my left arm pain, I think my shoulder is in the thawing of phase, however the soft are under my left arm just seems to be slightly painful. it's not a bad pain, I guess all the pain I got leading up to my recent period made the arm sore 😑. anyone else having this problem

My shoulder pain gets worse with cycles. My right one is completely thawed but can still flare up.
