Hi ladies.... question.. have any of you ladies on this forum experienced boob shrinkage since going through perimenopause/ menopause?? I have and it's slightly bothering me. I was always a D cup and bigger looking in the run up to my periods but not any more.. I'd say I've shrunk by at least a cup size and shape etc has definitely changed. My mum never had this problem during peri/meno so am looking for any information from you ladies out there who are perhaps experiencing the same, many thanks!
when all this started my boobs completely deflated, some size decrease but mostly it was the way they felt that changed, like no fullness at all. I.m on BHRT now and they are back. wished BHRT took away all the other stuff!
Yes I went through this. I am a top-heavy woman, always have been. All the women on my mother’s side of the family are. About six years ago when peri began to be in full bloom, I started losing weight randomly. I went from a 36ddd to like a 34C. My boobs looked like deflated balloons. But for the past 2-3 years I have been gaining weight. Now my size is 40ddd. I can’t fit my clothes especially up top. Hopefully things will turn around for you soon. Take care.
