Has anyone had these symptoms, well at I think its perimenopause, last year my ears started hurting then tinnitus then my throat and then I had acid reflux, my period was light then really heavy and now 2 months no period. I think thyroid on right side on my neck looks bigger than the other. Oh and then my stomach hurts sometimes too. I feel like I'm falling apart. I'm 47
It certainly sounds like it. I've had all those symptoms and more as time went by. You would think peri symptoms would stay the same, but my experience is that different ones just come and go. You may end up experiencing all the known symptoms or maybe just a few. Good luck!
Really, u went through the same things, that makes me feel better. Thank you, the ear throat thing I'd scary, it seems like a year that it's been going on the inner ear.. so u had acid reflux too? I think acid has gotten into my eustayion tubes, I feel it when I swallow.. so r u my age too? 47 is that too young do u think. I hope things r better for u now.. this is scary
im 44 and i have had all of those symptoms Its herrendous and feels like you are going mad as you have a new symptom every say. mine at the minute is a pain in the left side of my back and bloating having to change diet as certain things i could eat i no longer can due to severe bloating it causes i hope things settle for you
yes I have those symptoms plus many more... anxiety and palpitations were first to show up, and after that it went down the hill. No period for 7 months then it came with a vengeance in March. I haven't been the same since then many symptoms showed up, some temporarily and some every day. I tried low dose birth control, didn't help much. now just healthy diet, mild exercise and just take one day at a time
I am in full menopause at 47 so no you are not too young for peri. I have found my symptoms change daily. Had tinnitus, dizzy spells & brain fog which led me to the doctors . Had fsh test which came out at 98 so diagnosed full menopause. Sailed through peri but full is a challenge for me. Good luck & sending hugs! 😌

yes its all similar to my symptoms, it just comes on all of a sudden.
Does anybody have sore boobs, like a burning sensation across the chest and sore armpits?
The ear ringing is terrible sometimes and wakes me up in the night.

sure does sound a lot like me. I've been through the ear pain, sore throat, acid reflux. i had to cut out a lot of acidic foods. Same with the periods. light ones, heavy ones, missed period. i am 46. all started about 3 years ago. and i suffer from a lot of health anxiety too
I suffer with health anxiety, i think i have all sorts and had lots of tests...
do you have sore boobs and sometimes feel a burning sensation?
i am having some tests next week to check my hormones and maybe this will help to identify what is lacking
Hi Kerry 20523 I'm 51 and also was suddenly hit with strange symptoms - currently boobs are sore, feel really big to the point where I am aware they are pressing on my ribs (have to sleep with bra on) and also sore armpits on and off and sore upper inner arms, terrible feelings (periods due in the next week). GP sent me to rheumatologist last week (one of many specialists) who says maybe I have soft tissue rheumatism. No relief from pain killers, have been given Endap for "nerve pain" but would rather try and fix what's going on than just address symptoms. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for replying, you start to think your going mad. All different symptoms come on all of a sudden... The Dr already thinks im bonkers. i started with acid reflux and have had all sorts of other symptoms.....

Sorry to hear, I'm 47 so I hope this is what I going through, I havnt gone to doctor I'm just assuming, did u have ear throat issues? Feels like I have something in my throat. If so what happened? I have tinitus now to, for like a year, so hard, sorry u have new symtoms , did u go to doctors and if so how do they tell u your in perimenopause
i went to my gp, who initially diagnosed my problem as GAD, generalized anxiety disorder. I then went to my ob/gyn who told me "change of life " is what's happening to me. It helped to know Im going through the change of life which is why I feel the way I feel. however that doesn't help the fact that I'm miserable every day. we did vaginal ultrasound which came back normal, my TSH, Vit D, B12, and every blood test we've done came back normal. my tinnitus I blame it on teeth grinding at night because of all the anxiety. I haven't seen ENT but I did go to TMJ specialist who made me a night guard, it helps somewhat. I do get throat issue once in a while, along with sinus problems. I am taking magnesium, it helps my muscle pain and anxiety . like many others have said here, one day at a time is what helps us keep going. I'm 39 btw. take care. prayers for all of us.

Yeah me too, I am so scared to go to doctors I think all these symtoms are something else but it seems its peri, I'm 47 and only last year periods were strange then now nothing 3 months, I have health anxiety too i believe which is why o havnt gone to doctor.
