Hey dear I too have appetite problems cuz I bloat up like a blow fish I just thought of trying the V8 vegetable drink comes with salt or no salt. There are also those all fruit drinks now in the veggie section at the grocery store. They have everything nowadays eh? I just thought of them. xo 💚💜
Hi again. I take B6 and B12 cause I felt awful. This site was a lifesaver for me. I just cut down on coffee just today, I was drinking too much as an energy boost, you can't drink coffee with perimenopause with all these symptoms going haywire. I was feeling soooo fatigued in the evenings. So I bought decaf
and make a cup of each and mix them together in a thermos and will wean myself off slowly. I love my good taste caffeine coffee!! I feel better already so maybe they were right. waaaaa. xo
Ah thank u ill get them tomorro im willing to try anything to alleviate the symptoms x hopefully with all the good advice im gettim ill find something that helps sooner rather than later x
Hi lol dear. I'm gonna get some too, I just thought of it. hehe. I think the better you do for your body eases these symptoms. I am 48. I am getting quite sick of putting up with this crap. It'll be a year next month being on this roller coaster. I am willing to stop coffee. The fatigue was getting real bad. I think it plays on your moods and everything else going on. It elevates life issues. I feel better already and it's only the first day. I am going the natural way like a lot of others. I have read some posts on here about ladies starting Busy B and was harsh for them. Maybe too many B's in the system. xxoo
Ohhh brain fog is lovely symptom too. I forgot to say I take a chewable calcium called Caltrate which comes with vitamin D for my poor bones. hehe Its chocolate flavour too woowee and it says to take it away from other meds so I take it in the evening. Take your B's in early morning and makes the start of the day better. Hope you find what works dear. xo. I think I am done yapping....
Hi thamk u so much for the advice at min i am only takin cod liver oil omega fish oil multivitamins and calcium wivitamin d looks like i need to get b6 and b12 too x x
Good day dear As long as we excercise, eat right and cut out alcohol, smoking and chocolate we should be fine cause I think those hormones used to protect us from all that stuff. Now these hormones are leaving we have to change what we do to our bodies. Our system reacts differently now. That's easier said than done. I do feel better though already cutting out my coffee intake. It may be true what I say dear haha xo
I don't really drink much coffee at all, I don't smoke and have a drink of alcohol very rarely, one thing I do need to do though is more exercise, but when it is cold outside its hard t o be motivated also I usually feel too rough to do it. Maybe I should start with walking,😊 I would find the chocolate hard to give up! 😁
You are doing well so you should get through this quickly. I don't smoke or drink but the fatigue is sooo awful. My 1 day period is due anyday haha and I have bloated so much. I feel like a tired Humpty Dumpty. I have started to drink tea. I have a walking treadmill and do that each morning to give me more energy. I can only handle 10 minutes but cripes I need it. I have cut down on coffee so I'll see better after my period is over. 💜💚💙💛 xo
