Hello there - just need some advice to see if anyone can help with this issue. Let me preface this with my period is usually pretty regular. 30 day cycles, 5 bleeding days pretty consistently. This has seemed to have changed since the pandemic and quarantine started, it was sudden. My last period was April 12th and that was 6 days late, which made sense to me because of the stress. But it is now going on June 9th and my period is nowhere in sight. Already took a pregnancy test and it was negative, no symptoms of anything either (ie no nausea, no sore breasts, frequent urination). It's just gone. This is alarming to me because I have never went without a period for this long. I thought I ovulated around the 24th of May due to how soft my cervix was to the touch but my period is still missing. Should I wait to see if I get it? Do I contact my doctor? Will they do anything if I do, like test my hormones? Husband and I planned on trying to conceive within the next couple months but without a period we can't lol. We use protection as of right now as well, so that and a hard and low cervix makes a baby probably not likely currently anyway. Any advice would be great. Thank you!!
Hi . Stress can cause you period to change so can diet as well as weight loss or gain .I found for me I know when its stress , can’t really explain why just the way its feels i guess. I would highly recommend going to Doctor if does not get back to normal or is worrying you .
Hope this helps
