Does anyone know if you are supposed to get a period on megestrol? Been on it for two months and havent had a period. Started spotting right before a d&c i had a month ago, my lining was building up and not shedding. i have complex atypical hyperplasia. Anyone have advice? should i be worrying about my lining shedding? my gyno seems to expect me to have a period as they always ask me the date of my last period. my next gyno appointment is in four months.
