Hi
This sounds pretty awful. Have you tried a systematic elimination diet to see if any foods are irritating your digestive system and causing these problems?
I have had a number of digestive and health problems. I realised gluten was one issue but when I cut that out and still had dairy in my diet I would get attacks that are similar to what you describe. I wouldn't get it every time I ate dairy, which I think is what made things confusing for me. But now I've been dairy free for 4 months, I haven't had a single attack. (I've been gluten free for much longer which resolved all my other heath problems).
It takes about 6-8 weeks to go through a proper elimiation diet and can let you know if there's anything in your diet that's causing this. I only elimiated/tested for gluten, corn and dairy as I was completely symtom free once these were out my diet
I hope you get some answers.

Helo Jake,
That is a long time to suffer with this without any relief. I agree with alot of what has already been suggested. One thing that came to mind apart from that was the diet soda, has this beengoing on while you have been drinking it. some people do not tolerate dietary substances well at all. Maybe try cutting back on that or out of your diet to see if it helps at all. It could be the cause of your headaches but I'm not sure about the vomiting and stomach pain. That should be addressed by a Physician.Have they run any tests at all?Take Care
Thank you everyone with your input. I will try to what was suggested and report back in if anything changes.
If anyone else wants to make a suggestion, I would appreciate it!
Thanks a lot,
Jake
