anyone else? i had all this last year and it flares with period, but now its worse than ever, also bad bad anxiety and depression, wish i could wake up when all this was over :(
I hear you! I often wish that I could wake up when all of this is over. This past month was one of the worst that I have had in over four years. I just keep plugging along because it’s the only way out of this. Still, it’s hard to comprehend that any process can take this long to end!!!
hey me too. I’ve had such a bad sore throat with my acid reflux and resorted to taking strepsils! I’m constantly clearing my throat.
Now I’m itching down there!!! Got a drs appointment as Canstean doesn’t seem to be working but it doesn’t help being on a heavy period!!! arghhhhh I’ve got so many issues again!!!

i get itchy down there on and off, i feel like i did after endoscopy you know when they fill you with air, struggling to breath, so bloated and in pain, anxiety extreme

oh bless you. It comes in waves! So for a few months my stomach issues are always there but not extreme. Then all of sudden out of the below wham! They hit you like a hurricane! Like all the other hundred symptoms!

I haven’t found anything that helps except breaking down crying when it all becomes too much to bear. My periods are all over the place now: my shortest cycle was 12 days and my longest cycle was 101 days. I turn 53 in October.
yes my stomach is the same, i actually had five better days a few weeks back but then had 2 bleeds close together grrrrr x
are you taking magnesium? thats one of the only things that helps me a little, my periods are super close together at the moment, i cry to release emotions but with my chest being constantly sore its hard, this all started for me when i was 39, im 40 x
Yes, I take 1 gram every evening.

Some days are great and others are horrific. I never know which one I am going to get.
yes i totally agree, except i just have better days, not been symptom free for over a year we will get there x
