developed this pain last night after a panic attack that cause tingling on entire right side. i am 25 year old male with high cholesteral, but relatively active. i get this pain on the outside of my right leg after i walk. it goes away after a bit of rest. also have cool feeling in foot and some slight hip pain

i am suffering from anxiety and mild depression for last 3 years . now also for last 2 months i am suffering from numbness and tingling in my both legs. it also starred after high anxiety levels . doctor saying it may be due to some back disc problem

I also suffer from anxiety but the issue you’re having with your legs is related to your back. I had back problems a couple years ago and I lost complete feeling in my left leg. I have found working with Pain Management at my local hospital and a neurologist has made a great improvement. I’m also working with a physical therapist in a fitness program. There are specific exercises that help strengthen my back and improve the numbness and tingling in my leg.

Thanks for your reply . so you mean the numbness ans tingling in my legs is due to back problem ? but i dont have any lower back pain .
which medication you have taken for your numbness and tingling . do you also faced dizziness when walking .
also are you taking any medicine for anxiety now ?
