im not sure if this photo or topic is allowed, im having an ongoing issue with this rash that is on the shaft of my penis. im too embarrassed to seek an in person opinion.
the rash seems to get worse when im ‘active’ and doesnt seem to spread. it only gets better once i leave it for days, but the second i even touch it again, it flares up instantly.
does anyone have any advise? it doesnt hurt a lot, only stings when touched, and only if it is flared up.

When you say ‘active’ state precisely what you mean - is this after masturbation and / or sex do you mean?
Do you have skin problems anywhere else on your body?
Unless you use some form of friction, such as rubbing your penis with material / clothing of some sort, or use a ‘pretend’ vagina when masturbating - you would seem to have a very unusual reaction going on with your penile skin.
mainly masterbation causes a pretty aggressive flare up. i dont really have any friction happening, including in my clothing, and i dont have this sort of rash anywhere else on my body. ive also just had a heap of blood tests done (unrelated) which all came back negative, so its ruled out anything sexual or anything underlying.
The best thing to do would be to see a Dermatologist in person if you can.
In terms of the friction, I was asking whether clothing, other material or something like a Fleshlight was part of what you use to masturbate?
