Persistent Heart Skips

I started have heart skips a few months ago and gradually they got harder and more frequent. It's not so much a racing heart rate but a big skip of a beat which is painful and hard, it's also not really a small flutter they are really quite strong. They can occur when I am relaxed, not thinking of them, sad, happy or doing exercise there's no pattern other than a link with bloating. Does anyone else experience this?

yes I’ve had that happen throughout my years of anxiety many times. it could definitely happen with anxiety but have you had a check up with your doctor? it would give you peace of mind. The only way to know for sure is to do that. But I do know that there are many sensations with the heart that are caused by the adrenaline the heart sends out during anxiety .thumping, fluttering, racing, skipped beats, etc.
try to relax your mind as much as you can. because the more anxious you are about it the more you will have it happen
there are many great talks on YouTube about anxiety that could help you as well as meditations for anxiety that can calm down the mind and relax everything including the symptoms you feel.
you will we OK. Practice the long slow deep breathing . in through the nose to a count of five and out through the lips like you were blowing out a candle to the count of five or six.. Hope you feel better
