Persistent penis irritation won’t go away

This has been a problem for almost a year at this point. The skin near the opening of my penis is irritated and bothers me. To me it looks red and a little dry. When my penis is not erect it usually hurts more and looks more red than when it is erect. From the first picture there is also a little white bump on my skin, but the rest of it looks red and irritated. When I am erect the part that looks red in the picture, right near the opening, really looks like a bunch of small red veins that i have also below the head of my penis with a picture attached. I’ve tried steroid creams, antifungals, and moisturizers both over the counter and from dermatologists that i saw. I also so a urologist but they didn’t really seem to think anything was wrong. could this not be a skin issue and it’s something else? Nothing has really made anything better but it is a huge bother to me and really does hurt some days.

I have something similar. Been ongoing for almost a year. Was masturbating and put too much pressure under the head and now that area is read and hurts all the time flaccid or not. I notice on your 3rd picture there is a vein that goes up all the way onto the head, I also have a vein like that which I don’t think was visible before the accident. I imagine there is a layer (fascia) under the skin that has torn and the vein can now show through as the layer isn’t covering it any more… I’ve also been given steroid creams and anti fungal etc. Nothing works. All that is left is surgery in my eyes, I have a telephone appointment with a urologist next week but I’m not hopeful to be honest.

The only thing I have seen online that’s similar is an account of someone who believes they torn the facia inside the penis. If you google search torn facia penis you will find his post on phalloboards. His story is very scary and quit extreme but it’s the only thing I’ve found that seems like what I have…

The approach i would take is to continue to work with a dermatologist to resolve this: I would say a steroid OINTMENT would be the best approach to healing the skin issues - first of all the steroid needs to be the appropriate strength, and then it must be applied sufficiently frequently enough and each application needs to be rubbed into the skin so that the active ingredients are fully absorbed for lasting benefit to occur …
