Petechiae health anxiety!

A couple of months ago i developed something that seemed like petechiae on both my thighs, they weren't clusters like is usually described on medical websites but just sporadic dots. They never really went away so i sort of forgot about them until recently. Singular ones developed on both my hands, middle finger and between my pointer and middle on the other hand then on my forearm a few centimetres apart. I started panicking and of course google tells me i have the big c and i started crying, after i started getting anxious more started to appear which makes me think that either its progressing faster because of stress or it's somatization! (aka the part of health anxiety that causes physical symptoms) I got a fbc blood test back in feb and nothing was wrong apart from vitamin deficiencies. the only one that couldve spread this fast is aml i think which although rare and incredibly unlikely for my age range, i'm anxious :c. My mum and grandmother have some random red spots aswell but they're older so i'm unsure if it's genetic. (I have self harmed in some of these spots but i don't think petechiae would randomly come up when I haven't been at the moment). Is there any of reasoning for petechiae? i would've thought cherry angioma but these are flat and seem to be under the skin which i believe cherry angioma are raised? Super anxious, had some other symptoms like fatigue (although i'm stressed 24/7), somewhat easy bruising, my thigh randomly started bleeding today also? and shortness of breath for long periods although it's after bad panic attacks and meltdowns. super scared and anxious :c

if something was wrong it would’ve shown up in your blood work. Please don’t overthink this. Petechiae are very common. And googling is something I would not recommend because it won’t pertain to your individual situation. So you will scare yourselves for no reason. petechiae can result from both niacin which is vitamin B3 and vitamin C deficiency. They can also be caused by certain medication like antibiotics antidepressants, sedatives, ibuprofen , etc.
so there are many other reasons you could have those. That are not serious. Did your doctor recommend doing anything else?
you can also cause them if you do anything to your skin to cause it to bleed underneath. Just follow up with your doctor. Take care

I had some similar concerns to this , convinced myself it was leukemia and I was going to die.

are you sure its not the start or cherry angomas as they start or tiny ?

when I had the concern it was summer do I was wearing shorts etc ans noticed tiny red dots on my legs all dotted over the place. it actually turns out they are tint broken veins under my skins (pin pricked size) and i think I developed them during pregnancy. I had them on my things and a few in my arms and chest

try not to worry to much, im sure its nothing serious. easier said than done I know. I’m terrible for worrying and have bouts of major health anxiety
