I am 51, been without a period over four months. The past several days experiencing sore nipples , some bloating and cramping. Nothing else,no bleeding. Has anyone else had this happen?

Yes, I had that to. Bum! I just had spotting. And I am aching as if I am having a full period but I don’t think so. Plus I seem to get some odd vaginal cramps lately. Not pleasant. It sucks.
