After treating candida and confirming no STIs, I stopped antifungal treatment and it seemed that it was the treatment that caused my scrotum to itch and my glans (penis head) to feel uncomfortable with jolts of light pain/discomfort. It took 3 days and everything seemed normal however on the 4th day, my foreskin started sticking to my glans. I was able to retract it but it seemed to have lacked moisture. I've added antifungal cream again and it seems to allow me to pull back my foreskin however the head looks dry. Scrotum began to itch a little bit and I applied an antibiotic to some relief.
What is the cause of this? Fungal infection still there? Treatment side effects? My guess is that my spray powder might have dried up my skin too much so I'll stop that for now.
I have a doctor appointment again next week and I was told to stop treatment until then.
In the meantime i will add some Vaseline to maintain moisture but nothing seems swollen or red.
