Phimosis and weird spots

hi so I can't retract my foreskin, but I've been stretching for a few days and its already a lot better so I don't think I've got anything to worry about. The real problem is is that I've got tiny pale spots near the head of my penis on my foreskin image and larger spots on my testicles with hair growing from them image Does anyone know how to fix this or what it is? sorry if this is a long post I've never posted here before

Purely on the Phimosis issue, stretching can often produce good results. Like any form of exercise, stretches should be done carefully so that no pain is experienced. Over a period of weeks and months build on the amount and receptions in which you do the stretches as well as the amount of time the stretch is held. ok thanks for the advice, I've been stretching it in a warm bath which seems to help, is there any reason why this would be a bad idea?

As long as you are not applying too much pressure to the level of causing pain. Any stretching should be built on gradually. Like a set of any form of new exercises, start easy and build repetitions and amount of time the stretch is held for over a period of months rather than days ....

Again, as long as you avoid too much pressure. You have not included a photo which shows the part of the glans / head that you can expose - or, can you not expose any of it? Upload a photo showing what happens when you do try to expose the head of your penis ......
