Okay so, to begin with I'm a 19 year old female. I've never been diagnosed with anxitey, but I'm almost postive I have it. I freak out about everything. Since I was a little girl, I remember constantly asking my friends "Are you mad at me?" Or asking my mom. I always feel like I did something wrong. Now, I have this constant fear that will literally give me full blow panic attacks. I fear getting schizophrenia. I've never heard voices, I've never seen things that weren't there, I just freak out that I could get it one day. I don't have any family members with schizophrenia. I do however, have intrusive thoughts. They can be very scary. Come to find out, a lot of my family members have the same exact scary intrusive thoughts. I also have random thoughts, like in my mind I just have random train of thoughts to myself, acting out weird conversations. Not with another person, not an A B conversation. I never hear voices, it's just my own thought rambling on mid train of thoughts. It's hard to explain. Just irrelvant sentences I guess. But then I google scizophrenia for hours and my anxiety just builds and builds. Why am I like this, what does this mean? I literally will convince myself I'm going crazy. I'll hear something and ask people around me "Did you hear that?" and they always say yes. What is going on I'm scared anyone have similar experiences?
Pray n ask hod to help you

You are no different than most of the population, personal thoughts you pick up from your brain is normal, on occasions some of these bursts of advice can be well received and helpful while others seem to instill negativity and fear. The main thing we need to unerstand is if we start talking back, especially if we are sitting at work or on the bus etc. Sometimes a reaction to our thoughts like replying to them can in some peoples eyes can be the first signs of madness. I fact the greatest thing about our thoughts is we are learning from our suggestions and can help us make well rounded decisions
Many intrusive thoughts can be our concience, it is ourselves that are understanding right or wrong. This can prevent gut reactions and stop bad, negative actions to those around us
