I was helping my sister move into her new flat and hit the back of my ankle against a shoe rack, it hurt like ■■■■ and I spent quite a long time swearing. I tried to hop it off but a month later and it's still aching, and there's a lump coming out of the back that feels bone like.
Any ideas what's wrong?
I have a phobia of medical stuff, I know it's daft but I really don't want to go and get it seen to unless it really needs it.
It aches all the time, even more so if i've been on it a while. When I first get up in the morning it's really stiff and hard to walk on, I wouldn't say painful but it feels odd.
It most certainly looks damaged and you should 100% go see a doctor about it! And orthopedic specialist if possible.
You definitely should go to OS and have them do an xray. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice. Last time I went to the doctors it took 3 weeks to get an appointment, I'll ring up and see what they can do.
Gotyu, please keep us posted. I sure hope everything works out great for you. It may take a while and it can be a long road, but the good thing I've found is, there are wonderful people on this forum, who are so nice and encouraging. That has helped me so much.
