For the last 3 months my anxiety has been really bad and after several visits to the doctor due to convincing myself I'm seriously ill (due to constantly googling symptoms!) they said I was experiencing physical symptoms of anxiety. I wondered if anyone here has also experienced these:
Shooting pains in head that come and go
Jaw pain
Neck pain
Shooting/aching pains in arms and legs
Tense all over
Lower back pain
Stomach problems
As I haven't experienced these symptoms before, I can't help but still feel that this is not all caused by anxiety. I'd really appreciate to hear your story and the symptoms you have. I just want a piece of mind!
You're not alone! After 5 months of feeling sick; nausea, upset stomach, feeling overwhelming, no energy (can barely get out of bed some days) and my throat feeling like it's closing in on me, I was convinced something HAD to be physically wrong with me. Many trips to the doctor, urgent care, E.R., TONS of blood tests, EKG, x-rays and an endoscopy, everything checks out. They suggested it's just anxiety. So, I'm trying to accept that they're right and not worry so much; maybe that's key to feeling better.
I try taking relaxing baths with Epsom salt and I just ordered a diffuser with lavender oil to try and help calm me when needed. My doctor prescribed me Xanax years ago after my Dad and sister died in a 3 year span and I started talking that again. I know it sucks when we cannot understand what our why...

Your list is basically all associated with Anxiety, trust your GP.
You need to stop using Google, you will start imagining you have above problems and that will make you suffer from what you wish to avoid

One of the worst things you can do is google your symptoms as you can imagine all sorts of illnesses , you need to trust your doctor , etc , take care xx
