Hi 

80 days back i had protected sex.

now am feeling small sensation in my penis tip. i had small pimple on my foreskin.

On 45 day i did std test. all came negative.

I hv attached the images.

Sexologist saying no issues

i went to doctor he said no issues.

Looks ok to me.  I don't think you've got any issues there either, and if you've already tested negative for STIs, and haven't had any exposure since then, then you don't have any STIs.  Sex with a condom is low-risk anyway.
